Yes, customers are welcome to collect Thuka/Parisot products from our shops.
We generally carry basic stocks of Thuka, so if you just need a bed or building kit you can generally
collect it immediately (please call first to confirm we have what you require in stock). For more
complex packages we receive weekly deliveries from Thuka, and so can usually get your required package
for collection within 5-10 days.
Within 50 miles of Farnham (excluding central London): 1-3 weeks
Cornwall & Scotland: 3-5 weeks
Everywhere else (UK Mainland only): 2-4 weeks

There are two main reasons we have chosen not to offer free delivery:
1) We have chosen to offer other benefits instead (e.g. a free accessory, or other discount), meaning
that all customers benefit equally. We feel this is fairer as our local customers can benefit to
the same degree as our customers in Scotland!
2) Providing a quality, reliable delivery service is expensive. Whilst we could cut costs
on delivery, this would require us to use an inferior delivery service. We currently either
deliver ourselves or use Thuka's home delivery service for most deliveries. We have found
that when using cheaper courier services items are far more likely to arrive damaged, etc.
We are happy to offer free delivery INSTEAD of any current offer if a customer would prefer this.
