Thuka Maxi - Beds that grow with your children
Thuka is a respected danish company that has been manufacturing quality childrens beds for over 20 years. Thuka beds are manufactured to the highest standards from pine sourced from sustainable forests. They meet all relevant European safety standards and come with a 5 year guarantee.
Thuka beds provide the complete bedroom solution for your child as they grow, and offer many options to allow you to create the ideal bed for your child:
- Start with a Shorty Starter Bed (1.71m long) or Thuka Standard Single Bed (2.1m long)
- Adaption packs convert the bed to a mid-sleeper, high-sleeper or even bunk beds
- Shorty mid-sleepers and bunk beds provide the ideal solution for smaller rooms.
- Shorty bed can be adapted to a full length bed using appropriate kit.
- Choose between either straight or slanting ladders.
- Choose between White or Pine finishes (only certain items available in White).
- Add additional safety features such as Thuka's very popular 'Safety Pack', and various extra barrier options.
- A range of accessories and furniture allows you to customise the perfect solution for your child. Choose from slides, play tents, 'pull-out' beds, desks, matching furniture, etc.

Below are some of the popular packages recommended by Thuka. It is however possible to customise packages to meet your requirements (eg. different tent designs, change ladder style, add under bed drawers, add a safety barrier etc). Note that all bed prices exclude mattresses.
